Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Standard delivery within the United States usually takes 5 to 12 business days after your order ships. International delivery times vary by destination. Delivery times are estimates, and carriers can occasionally be delayed by weather, holidays or customs.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs and any free-shipping offers are shown at checkout before you pay.

International orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email contact@genkisuperfoods.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
